PUD · Cationic Inkjet Pretreatment
YT-7010 is a waterborne cationic aliphatic polyurethane dispersion independently developed by our company. A colorless, transparent liquid, it is used as a pretreatment for waterborne pigment inkjet printing on light-colored cotton and polyester-cotton products. At low add-on levels it delivers sharp inkjet outlines and vivid colors, with excellent wash fastness, good rub fastness and a soft hand feel. This product contains no APEO and no formaldehyde.

Dilute with water (typically 1:19, adjustable), pad the textile to a wet pick-up of about 65%–75% and dry at 100–105 °C for about 3 minutes (drying above 110 °C may impair wash fastness — always pre-test if higher temperatures are required); after inkjet printing, cure at 150 °C for 3 minutes. Safety: ensure the fabric surface is clean before treatment; wear protective equipment and avoid direct body contact.
Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated environment at 5–30 °C. Shelf life: 12 months. Avoid freezing and direct sunlight.
