YT-1128 is a self-developed anionic aromatic waterborne polyurethane resin with built-in self-crosslinking functionality. On synthetic leather substrates it achieves wet-heat anti-tack ≥ Grade 3.5 without adding aziridine crosslinker, with a dry surface feel and excellent color development. It is suitable for bag leather and apparel leather, printing paste, printing inks and leather finishing. For knife-coating, a flow time of 10–13 s and a coat weight of 100–150 g/m² are recommended. Formulations can be adjusted for specific applications.

Application Notes
Do not mix with cationic paste or solvent-based paste.
Storage
Store at 5–30 °C; avoid freezing, high temperatures and direct sunlight. Shelf life 6–12 months.
