YT-502 is a self-developed anionic aliphatic waterborne polyurethane dispersion for use as a heat-activated adhesive. It delivers strong bond strength, a suitable activation temperature, excellent heat resistance, and fast heat-activation efficiency and crystallization. It is widely used in footwear, automotive and furniture applications — especially automotive interior bonding — as well as textile treatment, fiberglass sizing and fabric treatment.

Application Notes
For higher water resistance, add approximately 1–5% crosslinker; mix the two components thoroughly before use.
Storage
Store at 5–30 °C in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place; shelf life 12 months. Avoid freezing and direct light. Do not store in direct contact with crosslinker products.
